Funeral Potatoes


2 packages Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
1 can chicken soup cream
2 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1/2 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt


Combine chicken soup with sour cream, cheddar cheese, butter, onion and salt. Mix well and add potatoes, stirring until coated. Transfer mixture into a greased baking dish and top with buttered crushed corn flakes. Bake for about an hour at 350 degrees F. Enjoy!
